Reseller Responsibilities As a registered reseller you agree to: – Provide accurate information – Maintain one account per category – Follow Etezarah pricing rules – Never exceed maximum selling price – Confirm all orders properly – Handle customer returns per policy 5. Return Policy Etezarah is responsible for: – Damaged products during shipping – Wrong products delivered – Fake or unauthentic products – Manufacturing defects Reseller is responsible for: – Customer changed their mind – Wrong size ordered by customer – Any non-quality related returns 6. Payment Policy – Customers pay Etezarah directly – Reseller profits transferred after order completion – Registration fees are non-refundable – Monthly order limits apply per tier 7. Membership Tiers Basic Reseller: – Fee: 1,000 Taka – Monthly limit: 100 orders – One category only Standard Reseller: – Fee: 2,500 Taka – Monthly limit: 200 orders – One category only Premium Reseller: – Fee: 5,000 Taka – Monthly limit: 500 orders – One category only 8. Account Termination Etezarah reserves the right to terminate accounts that: – Violate pricing rules – Exceed monthly order limits – Provide false information – Engage in fraudulent activity 9.
